When Abstract Developments was contacted by Evelyn Butler, President of Victoria Boulevard Magazine and Bay Publishing Ltd., with an invitation to feature TERRA ROSE as its September/October 2006 "Hot Property" it was very exciting news! Boulevard Magazine is distributed bi-monthly with 46,000 copies being welcomed into the homes of those who appreciate the best in urban living, the arts, fine cuisine and fine homes. Although we are understandably biased, what finer multi-family property could you find in our region than TERRA ROSE, winner of multiple Gold and Silver CHBA 2006 CARE Awards?
So aptly titled "Serenity in the City" by Boulevard's writer Maureen Licata, the reader is lead through the project with an eloquent and invitingly descriptive flow. The reader is able to experience, as if they are walking through this property themselves, the calm yet sophisticated ambiance of Terra Rose. Many of the exceptionally unique and detailed features of Terra Rose are captured in Boulevard"s story and we couldn't have said it better ourselves!
