When it was completed in 2004, "The Jazz" heralded a wide and distinctive departure from the many notable character conversion projects that Mike Miller of Abstract Developments had become so widely known for. Four newly created townhomes located within walking distance to downtown Victoria presented an opportunity to expand his innovative and creative talents.
